Programa PADRINO
The International Relations Office needs students interested in sponsoring an international student. This voluntary activity provides international students who visit us with a way to integrate into Leonese society, and local students with the opportunity to broaden horizons and friendships from the rest of the world, improve foreign languages and demonstrate hospitality. Sponsors with a positive report from their sponsors obtain additional scores to their academic transcripts for the process of selecting places for international programs.
Movilidad Internacional ERASMUS
The ERASMUS programme is aimed at students from higher education institutions for study stays with academic recognition. The international training of students through academic placements in foreign universities provides them with the possibility of integrating into different cultures and university environments, as well as improving their language skills and facilitating their future insertion in an increasingly competitive and international labour market.

The University of León offers its official undergraduate students the possibility to carry out training stays with academic recognition during one or two semesters of the 2017/2018 academic year in foreign universities, by virtue of bilateral mobility agreements.
